Happy Birthday to You!!!

Happy late birtday to my sister Mallorie. I hope you had a great day. I just want you to know what a great person I think you are, and that I love you very much (you probably don't know that I think those things, but I really do!) My kids love you so much--if you remember Rylan's first word was Mal! :)Happy Birthday today to my friend Brittni who introduced me to this whole thing that we call "blogging". It has been so fun to stay in touch this way and see the things that are happening clear across the world in Michigan. Brittni just seems to get better with age (it's hard to believe that she is 25 this year too!). She also has two of the cutest boys in the world (next to mine of course.) Happy Birthday.

Happy early birthday to my other cute sister Aubree. I first met Aubs when she was 14 and I have loved her ever since. We have had some good times (remember when we put make-up on Dee and pierced his ear--that made your parents happy). Aubree is such a cute person, I am so glad to have her as my sister!

Wedding Bells

I have already picked out my future daughter-in-law. This is Hayden's friend Trinity, she is so freakin cute!!! (sorry about the language mom) Hayden and Trinity met in Miss Amy's Preschool and have been friends ever since. They do have to suffer through a long distance relationship though, because they go to different elementary schools. So I hope their relationship is strong enough to last through the years, because I think they will be a dang cute couple.

My new hair-do...

So I am thinking about cutting my hair like Mia Michaels'. I really think I could pull off the "scraggly mullet". What do all you other SYTYCD fans think? BTW I really liked Anya and Danny last night and Lacey and Kameron! But I haven't finished watching it yet, so I may like others too.

Swim Lessons

We just finished swim lessons at our house. It was well worth the time and money. Hayden improved so much! He will actually go under the water now (which is a BIG thing for him) - I was so proud of him. Rylan and I did the Mom & Me swim class. It was a lot of fun. He was willing to do anything and everything. If the teacher ever needed a helper, she knew she could always count on him to show off for the rest of the class. These were good times!

Happy Birthday Brook

Tomorrow is my older brother Brook's birthday. I guess since I will be 25 this year that makes him 26, man we're getting up there! :) He is one of my very best friends; I am so thankful for the relationship that we have. He is so smart, kind, giving, devoted, OCD, retarded (oh I mean funny). I just love that guy! Happy Birthday!

Fun in the Sun

On Saturday we went to a reservoir in Spanish Fork. It was so nice. It is brand new and hardly anyone knows about it. We had so much fun. Hayden and I built lakes and sandcastles. But poor Rylan he told me that it was "no fun for him". It must be tough to have OCD. He would not even put his feet on the sand because they would get dirty. We had to carry him and hold him in the while we were in the water. We can't wait to go again. If anyone ever wants to go, call us and we will be there in a heartbeat! (I'll just have to go buy Ry some of those water shoes)

Rylan was so tired by the end of the day, he was even too tired to pout, all he wanted to do was lay by me and suck his thumb and hold my ear- imagine that!

T.P.ing

So I'm downstairs fixing dinner and Hayden comes down and says "Mom come see what Rylan did". (I love how Hayden didn't help, but he didn't stop him either.) So I go up to their room and find two empty toilet paper rolls, and Rylan is dancing away to some music. When I asked him what he was doing he said he had decorated his room for a party. So I guess he was just having a party. It's a good thing he is so dang cute or he might have gotten in just a little bit more trouble.

Oh the things we do for beauty...

So I just got home from my 5th laser hair removal treatment. Maybe I am a wimp, but it hurts like HECK! (I can't really put in the words I said while I was having it done.) They even put the numbing cream on first, but I don't think it did a thing. These pictures don't even do justice to how pretty my legs look, and if it's like last time, I will have great big white welts all over my legs for at least 3 weeks! I cannot wait to get the Brazilian!!! :)

We all scream for ice cream

So I made waffle cones today. But since everyone is too cool for us and doesn't ever want to hang out with us, I guess I will have to eat them all myself. Sucks to be me! :) Actually we are going to some neighbors after t-ball tonight for ice cream and I am bringing the cones. I can't wait!

Kim & Kelly

This post is dedicated to my cousin Kim and her husband Kelly. I just love these guys. They just had their first baby on Wednesday May 30. After 24 hours of labor and two hours of pushing, Gabrielle was finally born. Baby Gabby weighed 8 lbs 15 oz and she was 21 1/2 inches long. Way to go Kim!

This is Hayden's 3rd year of t-ball, but it is the first year that he actually likes it. He has only had two games so far, so we will see if he still likes it in a couple weeks. His coach is his primary teacher and he has a bunch of kids from both his primary class and kindergarten class on his team, so I think it makes it more fun for him. He is doing so great!
