Thanks!

I just wanted to give a great big thanks to all of our family who helped us move---oh wait, none of our family did! Thanks a lot you big jerks! (Actually that is not completely true, my mom and grandma came one day and helped me pack, my sister came a few times and watched the boys so I could pack, and Lewis did come help move some furniture, so thanks to them--they are my favorite relatives!)

With help from our friends we were able to get everything moved and cleaned (shout out to Hillary, for cleaning under my washer and dryer :) ), we had everything done by Saturday at 2:00. It was such a relief to have done.

I was going to post some pictures of the ghetto that we are living in now, we are totally slumming big time! But my computer won't let me down load pictures-I'll get working on that though.

But seriously, thanks everyone for all your help. Now we just need help finding us a house...so keep your eyes open.

To have a sister, is to have a best friend for life......

Growing up, I always wanted to have a sister close to my age, that I could be best friends with. My sister was 7 years younger than me and we had nothing in common. My best friends had ten kids in their family, six of which were girls, so they always had a sister to do stuff with. They had older sisters to give them advice, sisters their age to play with, and younger sisters to tend and take care of. I always envied them.

I was thinking about this the other day, and I realized that my dream has finally come true! I have five sister now!!! I am so blessed to have such an amazing sister and such wonderful sisters-in-law (I prefer not to even put the "in-law" part).

They are all the best friends I could ever ask for, they are each so kind, thoughtful, caring, giving, fun and cute!
I just want Mallorie, Melissa, Florrie, Emilie and Aubree to know how much I love each of them and how grateful I am to have them in my life!

I love you man!

We have decided to have a little get together for all of our family and friends, our co-workers and ward members, our pharmacists and grocery baggers...I guess just everyone that means something special to us. We will be having this little gathering in about two weeks. Everyone come and visit us. Pizza is on us!!!!!! (Oh by the way, since you will already be at our house, you can help us move!)

Girls Day Out

Friday I got to have a fun little break from my house cleaning duties. I went to Salt Lake with my mother-in-law and all of my sisters-in-law. First we went to Tai Pan, they had such cute stuff. I can't wait until we find us a new house so that I can go back up there and buy a bunch of new decorations!
For Florrie's b-day I think I will get her a few of these dainty flowers for her home.

Rylan & Savvy had quite the deep conversation about zoos on the way to SLC. They are such cute friends!

After Tai Pan, we went to a super cute (super expensive) boutique called Dear Lizzy's and had lunch. The food was yummy, but the best part was definately the CUPCAKES! Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of them-I ate them too fast.

Baby Claire & Nana............ Ry & Me

Savvy & Flo......... Aunt Aubree & Baby Claire

Braden Bauer: He was sick, so I think this coke was the only part of the day that he truly enjoyed.

I had a great time hanging out with all you cute girls, I can't wait until we get to do it again!

Labor Day Weekend-Part Two

Happy Onion Days everyone!

What the crap is Onion Days you might ask?! Well I'm not really sure, I guess it's just a day to sweat in the sun at the parade, hang out with "carnies" and eat greasy food at the park. In other words, it's great fun!

We went to the parade with our good friends Max & Hillary and their girls, Maddy and Ruby.

This is Ry's gf Ruby

Maddy, Ry & Hayden

He's a dork,

but I still love him!

Our kids have been begging to go to a carnival all summer long, since this is the last one of the season, we had to let them go. They had a ball riding all the gross yucky rides.

We ate lunch at the park, then we sent our husbands and kids home. Then finally Hillary & I got to browse the booths for a while in peace. It was the best Onion Days ever! :)

Labor Day Weekend-Part One

Sun, Sand and Pirates Galore!

Saturday was another fun res day, but this time with everyone. We spent the day at the Hoelzle's cabin (shout out to Brittni!), which is where Kim, Kelly and Gabby are living these days.

Janet had the cutest pirate ship swimming pool, I think I may have to find me one for next year. She also supplied the kids with all of their pirate booty.

Brandon was our Emeril of the day-his chicken sandwiches were scrumptious! Ann made yummy homemade ice cream, and we made smores later that night. (Yes, my diet starts tomorrow!)

For some reason I was always the nominee to tube with the kids, don't get me wrong I will never complain about having to be in the sun and the water. That is my oasis! Cole was such a little stud, he was learning to wakeboard that night and he totally rocked!

If you click on this picture you can see it better. Can you find something that all three of these guys have in common? I'll give you a hint-"All I want for Christmas is my..."

Thanks to all of the Ashbys (Petersons), Smiths (Carters) and Finlinsons for the super fun day. I love being with you guys. We had a great time!
