To start things off, my 30th birthday. Yes, I actually admitted it. I turned 30 this year. It wasn't that exciting, but I did get to party for about a week straight. Dee's parents invited our family up for a yummy dinner (which I was grateful not to have to make!) My boss took me to lunch for my birthday. My family came up for a wonderful "Sunday Dinner" with a scrumptious apple pie for dessert.
Melissa and I spent the night in Park City, ate at the Red Rock pub (got free dessert for my b-day), went to the movie Hairspray (loved it! Oh I wish I was about 10 years younger, Zac Efron is hot!), shopped all the next day, ate at Texas Roadhouse and once again got free dessert, (but it wasn't totally free, I had to pay for it with my dignity by climbing up on a saddle while they shone the light on me and yelled and sang--I can't wait til Melissa's b-day!)
So I survived turning 30. But don't tell Hayden that's my real age, he thinks that I am 24. He won't let me have anymore birthdays because he doesn't want me to get any older. I won't argue with him on that.
