Really, meet Huckleberry Finlinson [they didn't really choose that name either, but it was my first choice because then for short we could call him Huck Fin :) ]
Okay, Okay, here is the real deal...Brook and Melissa had their baby boy early yesterday morning. He was born after a VERY short labor, it was a little intense from what I hear. Brook has claw marks to prove it, and Melissa has learned why they put "Oh Sh@* handles" in cars!
They made it to the hospital, with only minutes to go. Melissa didn't get an epidural, and I said to her "see, it's not so bad" and she replied "OH YES IT WAS!" I am really so proud of her.
She had a wonderful doctor who took great care of her, and delivered a perfect little baby boy. 7 lbs 5 oz., 20 inches long. With lots of dark brown hair. His name is Parker Max Finlinson and he is adorable!

Wow! I didn't realize she was due already! He is so sweet, and I love the name! Poor Melissa...what a trooper! At least she made it to the hospital though, right? Thanks for updating finally...I thought you had gone missing or something!
Ohhhh he is so cute!! I can't wait to see him in person! At least they made it to the hospital right?:) I am really proud of her too, to do it without the epidural.

Hey, I heard that Barack is a distant relative on Grandma Wone's Allred side. How does that make you feel? I didn't realize that Melissa was due already. He is so darling (if that is what you call boys). I am also glad that we see him on your blog and not on the tv like someone else we all know and love.
