Today is Hayden's first day of school. He is in 2nd grade already. 2nd grade sound so old! He was so excited to go back to school. I really enjoyed having him home this summer, but the last week he has been a stinker, full of attitude, ornery, and defiant, so I was ready to send him back to school.

Anyways I'm so glad that Hayden likes school and he enjoys going, hopefully it will always stay that way forever-yeah right!
P.S. check out his backpack. Yes, I let him get a character backpack, but it's not so bad. I actually kind of like it. I had to convince him to get this one instead of one with pictures of Transformers all over it, but he really likes it now.

what a cutie! i can't believe he's in 2nd grade already. I'm glad I'm not the only mom who doesn't allow character clothing, shoes, and backpacks!
That's crazy that he is in 2nd grade. That was Brynn's 1st day of preschool too! He looks really cute!! And that backpack is a good character one. I tried to keep Brynn away from all character ones cuz I'm sure she would have loved them too. (but she didn't even see any)!!
I feel ya on the character backpack thing...I love how he's spreading em' like he's being frisked!
